What is Glorious & Cash ? Finally, a newsletter which addresses womxn and money. Glorious & Cash, it is the new newsletter by French media Les Glorieuses which scans the news on inequalities, gender discrimination and their ongoing impacts in society – with a snark and a giggle.

Why write Glorious & Cash ? In line with its political commitment, Les Glorieuses was founded with mission to fight gender equality and has fought for equal pay since its creation. In line with the media’s commitment, Les Glorieuses launches Glorious & Cash, a bi-monthly newsletter dedicated to closing gender money gaps.
In 2019, women earn 0.80 on the dollar compared to men. Meaning that, in year 2019, women will start working for free at 4.34pm, on November 5.
Since 2016, the success of our movements – each named after that infamous day, #7Novembre16h34 in 2016, (13 million impressions on Twitter), #3Novembre11h44 in 2017 and #6Novembre15h35 in 2018 lead to political reckoning that women
still make significantly less than their male counterparts today.
Today, we are gaining momentum? This newsletter was born out of the observation that women have been pushed out of the economic and financial scenes. Glorious & Cash wants to change that. This newsletter tackles money, economics, leadership, power, business and start-overs. Because money is power. We promise you’ll like it.
Every other Tuesday, you will get an opinion leader, our sections #Glorious&Spending, #Glorious&Investing and #Glorious&Starting, where we promote women-led businesses and encourage female entrepreneurs and financing.
When will you read us for the first time ?
The first newsletter will be available on Monday 2nd, 2019, and the next ones will reach your mailbox twice a month until June 2020. Our Paris-based club will lovingly organize related events to feed the conversation.
This newsletter is written by Esther Attias, a business journalist, and brought to you by Gloria Media, the Glorieuses production company, with the support of L’Oréal.
